  • Treasury counsel with responsibility for all global treasury activities of a $120 billion subsidiary of a Fortune 25 company for over a dozen years with respect to virtually all of its capital markets and structured finance activities around the world.
  • The firm currently serves as fund formation counsel and as fund and general counsel to the sponsor of a commodities focused funds group.
  • We assisted a U.S. based family office in the sale of its nanotech portfolio business located in international affiliates in Japan, Singapore, and Israel to a NASDAQ listed company.
