Alejandro E. Jordan is a Partner in Macaluso LLP's Real Estate Practice. He represents buyers, sellers, developers, private and institutional lenders, investors, and business owners in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Alejandro provides practical, business-oriented legal counsel to help clients navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic and financial objectives.
Alejandro has extensive experience advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, contract negotiation, due diligence, title review, loan documentation, construction financing, mezzanine financing, and lender representation. His practice encompasses a wide range of asset classes, including office buildings, retail and shopping centers, industrial and warehouse properties, multifamily developments, mixed-use projects, and triple-net (NNN) investments.
