Our Managing Partner acted as Treasury counsel with responsibility for all global treasury activities of a $120 billion subsidiary of a Fortune 25 company for over a dozen years with respect to virtually all of its capital markets and structured finance activities around the world. Part of the on-the-ground team that acquired the business that became the company’s London and ultimately European operations. Member of the leadership team that built and put into place the first funding facilities for the new European treasury group and set up its operations.
